KOV, as a predecessor of manufacturer in mobile phone accessories for a long history, sharing the same high prestige with SCUD in many last years. Since 2002, KOV started to step into Bluetooth field according to the clients request and the market going situation, with more and more urgent demands under being in pursuit of super living quality.

For more than 7 years, KOV has been a leader in designing, researching and developing Bluetooth. KOV owns a professional engineers team, which is located in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province, the center of electronic-digital products in Pearl River Delta of China. It is concentrated with a fully largest vendors system over the world.

In 2008, KOV and SCUD invested a joint venture, SCUD(Guangzhou) Digital Technology Limited. The new production base is founded on Xiamao Industry Park with over 30000 square area, produces Bluetooth and mobile phone battery. It has the advanced production and test equipments at present, which helps KOV increasing its exportation, meantime helps the sales in domestic market.
